Take a deep dive into your tissues and nervous system to relieve and rejuvenate from physical, emotional, physiological, and psychological tensions. We’ll use special massage balls, followed by deep integration and inspiration in Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, often translated as “Enlightened Sleep,” opens the door to a fourth state of consciousness beyond waking, sleeping, and dreaming. In this alternate state of consciousness, profound shifts occur.
